PD gives entertaining intro talk . sit around a table and have breakfast, lunch. go for two interviews, chief and attending/PD.
Program Advantages
onsite resident housing, yale affiliate, nice small town but near NYC
Free housing across from hospital, free radiology textbooks, nice facilities,

When I was there they had free housing which I found to be a huge plus considering the cost of living.
Night Hawk b/c they program is so small- this allows the residents not to be overworked.
