Relaxed environment, residents, staff. Conversational interviews. Great pre-interview social. Good program overview answering most all questions about volume, studies/resident, call, staff ratio, etc.
Program Advantages

Strong facilities, new dictation system, fabulous viewstations. New research facility in the making. High staff/resident ratio. High studies/resident numbers. Huge pathology variety. Strong conferences. Very relaxed work environment without being di
Program Disadvantages
unstable faculty
