Interview Experiences
Well organized, wonderful hospital, GREAT food, interesting conference, residents seemed to be faking way too much happiness
PD asked tough questions, like 'what would you do if you were chief resident and your resident wanted time off...? etc.' PD encouraged 2nd look to indicate interest in ranking them highly and vice versa.
One interview with the PD, who I found off-putting.
mostly a waste of time
Interview day very well planned
Very relaxed, residents seemed very pleasant. Program director was very casual and conversational.
Program Advantages
Night hawk for CT...YES!!!, Hospital is phenomenal, conferences seemed interesting, technology and volume both more than adequate,
Really nice hospital in suburban NJ
Nice neighborhood
Fantastic outpatient radiology suite
Burn center, C.H.O.P. for peds
Program Disadvantages
no trauma, new PD and high attendiong turnover, residents seemed to be unhappy
